Please follow below steps to manage remote mysql/sql database with WebMatrix:
1. Open local web site with WebMatrix.
2. Click Databases on the left panel -> Other Connections -> New sql Connection/New mysql connection.
3. Input the correct MSSQL database info: Database name, Server name, User name and Password.
Note: Please make sure you select the "Database Authentication"
