How to migrate mail box to Smartermail

Here’s a guide to import email for Smartermail Email hosting:

1.      Login to your smartermail email.

2.      Click on Settings --> Mailbox Migration

3.      In the pop up windows of Mailbox Migration, choose your account type accordingly and then click on the next button. 

4.      Tick email and then click on the Next button.

5.      Replace mail.domain.com and user@domain.com with your email server and your email account, then key in your old email password, then click on the next button, you can test the connection to see if the details entered is correct.

6.      Click on the start button to begin mail migration.

7.      Please keep the windows open until the migration is done.
